The circular economy is essential to the green transition and to securing the availability of critical raw materials. Both the EU and Finland have recognized its importance, yet progress remains slow and political guidance difficult to anticipate.

In discussions with Finnish companies, a clear message has emerged: the circular economy must become more profitable than the use of virgin raw materials. To achieve this, circular economy actors need to align and set shared strategic priorities that can drive systemic change.

After a successful kick-off meeting with strong participation in October, we are continuing this work. Join us on 4 December as we take the next steps together.
