Strategic choices for supply chain resilience
Date: 3.9.2026
Time: 8.30-10.20 EEST
Climate Leadership Coalition, Combient and AFRY invite senior executives from the Combient network and CLC member companies to a closed door breakfast discussion focused on raw material supply chain resilience.
Geopolitical developments and accelerating climate targets are reshaping global trade and pushing raw material availability to the top of the executive agenda. Companies are facing complex strategic choices as they seek to secure access to critical materials while advancing decarbonisation across their value chains.
This breakfast event brings together senior decision makers to explore how companies can strengthen raw material supply chains from both a security of supply and a climate perspective. The discussion will address key questions such as how dependency risks can be balanced with decarbonisation ambitions, how regionalisation and supplier interchangeability influence material strategies, the role of the circular economy in strengthening Nordic material independence, and how these considerations can be embedded at board and executive level.
