We’re thrilled to announce that Anna Honkanen has joined Climate Leadership Coalition as our new Member Relations Manager. Anna brings broad experience across finance, strategy and sustainability, along with a strong understanding of the Nordic business landscape, making her an ideal addition to our team as we continue to expand our impact.
Anna transitions to CLC from KONE, where she spent close to a decade in a range of roles across investor relations, communications, sustainability, finance and strategy. Most recently, her work focused on finance strategy and sustainability, providing her with a broad perspective on how sustainability considerations are integrated into business decision-making in a large, publicly listed international company.
In her own words, Anna sees this role as an opportunity to work at the intersection of business and climate, bringing different perspectives together to support practical progress:
Climate challenges don’t sit within organizational boundaries, and neither can the solutions. They’re not addressed by governments, businesses or cities alone, which makes collaboration essential. I’m excited to be part of that cooperation and to support concrete progress.
As Member Relations Manager, Anna will be the primary point of contact for our diverse network of businesses, universities, and cities. She will lead our efforts in member satisfaction, gather vital insights to shape our strategic initiatives, and manage the onboarding of new members. Her role is central to ensuring that CLC remains a proactive and hands-on partner for all our member organizations.

Anna’s appointment allows us to focus even more deeply on listening to our network; her ability to translate member insights into actionable strategies and collaborative initiatives will be essential for our continued success.
