Climate Leadership Coalition elected new board, Nordblock accepted as new member

Climate Leadership Coalition’s annual fall meeting elected new board members. CEO of Helen, Olli Sirkka and CEO of GF Building Flow Solutions Michael Rauterkus were elected as new members.

“I warmly welcome the new members and look forward to collaboration in the board. We have worked on our strategy during the recent months, and it focuses even more clearly on the market creation for green solutions. Olli and Michael bring great knowledge from the energy transition and construction sector to the board” says Sari Baldauf, continuing her mandate as chair of the board of CLC.

”The energy transition is a great business opportunity that Helen is turning to competitive edge through spearheading clean and flexible energy. Collaboration is key to reaching society wide impact, and that’s why it is great to join the board of CLC.”, says Olli Sirkka, CEO of Helen.

Chair and Vice-chair of CLC board Karl-Henrik Sundström, chair and member of numerous boards in the Nordic countries and board member Nathalie Ahlström, CEO of Fiskars Group will end their mandate. CLC and chair Sari Baldauf would like to direct a warm thanks to both for having been a part of CLC’s growth story for a long time.

Climate Leadership Coalition has also accepted one new start-up member Nordblock. Nordblock builds computing units that boost the profitability of renewable energy assets and improve the reliability of electrical grids. This company further strengthens CLC’s position as a powerful Nordic business climate network.
